Barista – Mosaic Grounds at Louisville Seminary

Position Type: Part-time temporary, from June 1-25

Hours: Afternoons, 16-20 hours a week

Reports to: Director of Student Services

Posistion Summary:

The barista will work with Lead Barista and the Student Services Department to offer friendly service and attention to detail to both the campus community and the public. This position is for the month of June only, with the possibility to return in the fall semester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso, coffee, and tea drinks to order
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work safely, adhering to food safety rules and regulations
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous food service experience, with a preference for barista experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work 4 days a week
