Louisville Seminary Official Transcript Request

The transcript is the official academic record on file with the Registrar at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Allow seven business days for processing. Orders are not processed on weekends, holidays, or other times when the seminary is closed.

Transcripts cannot be released for students with an outstanding financial obligation to the seminary. Such circumstances will increase the processing time.

Official Paper Transcript Request

Cost: $10.00 for graduates and current students (postage rates may add additional costs)

  • Overnight delivery of paper transcripts is not recommended and costs more. Electronic delivery is recommended for fastest delivery.
  • If you are a current student requesting a transcript for the Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation or an annual conference of the United Methodist Church, email your request directly to Erin Hamilton (ehamilton@lpts.edu).

In-Person: You may request a transcript in the Registrar's Office (Nelson Hall 110). Please bring a picture ID and payment. You have an option to request an immediate copy of your transcript for a $10.00 fee. This copy will be official, but marked "issued to student". You should be sure that your intended recipient will accept a copy directly from you.

Printed Requests: Printed Requests should be mailed to Louisville Seminary Registrar and must be accompanied by a check, made payable to Louisville Seminary.
