Faithful Formation Grant Director

Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary invites applications for our Director of the Faithful Formation Grant, beginning immediately and continuing through at least December 2027. The successful candidate holds a terminal degree in pastoral care, pastoral theology, psychology of religion, marriage and family therapy with a focus on spiritual/pastoral care or an allied field (ABD considered). Qualifications include demonstrated organizational and project management experience including strong communication skills.

As Director of the Faithful Formation Grant, this colleague will lead the initiative to enhance the religious education and formation of children and youth by helping parents and caregivers engage in Christian practices to pass on their faith and values to their children. The grant director will maintain the faithfulformation.org website, create and publish resources for Christian ministry professionals as well as Christian caregivers, supervise the Faith of our Mothers research team members, develop education events for the community, and direct outreach to families. In keeping with our values, Louisville Seminary will engage caregivers and parents of many races, ethnicities, gender identities, ages and sexual orientations.
