Annual Fund
The Annual Fund supports the ongoing operational needs of Louisville Seminary. It provides the day-to-day expenses of classes, salaries, offices and maintenance of campus buildings and grounds.

A well-supported Annual Fund releases other funds to be used for student aid, professorships, library resources and other immediate needs.

Louisville Seminary's operating budget is more than $9.2 million, with $1.7 million dedicated to student financial aid. The Annual Fund provides approximately 12% of Louisville Seminary's budget.

The church supports the Seminary primarily through congregations and members of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Only 2% of its operating budget is funded by denominational means, making Annual Fund gifts from individuals, churches and foundations crucial to the daily life of the Seminary. Theological seminaries are ineligible for governmental support.

 Chrissy Westbury
My time here would not be possible without the financial assistance I received to attend Louisville Seminary. By not assuming the entire burden of seminary debt, I have been able to balance my commitment to seminary studies with my commitment to my children and husband. Following my graduation, I will be able to answer God’s call to serve wherever the Spirit leads me.
