Offices remain closed and classes cancelled - Wed., Sept. 17

by Louisville Seminary | Sep 16, 2008
President Dean Thompson and Seminary Dean David Hester have announced that Louisville Seminary will remain closed and classes will be cancelled on Wednesday, September 17.

President Thompson will meet with the Dean and members of the administration Wednesday morning to determine a course of action for the remainder of the week.

In the meantime, members of the Facilities Department continue to work with our construction crew to clear debris and address potential hazards due to weakened trees. President Thompson and Rebecca Thompson will meet with students in the Tri-C, where community meals are being prepared by students.

On Wednesday, the campus Mail Center will be open from 10 a.m. to noon, when someone will be available to assist with packages.

During this situation, Louisville Seminary will try to provide updates via the news section of this website, the local television stations, and WHAS AM840 radio. Individuals who are trying to contact someone on the campus of Louisville Seminary may call Director of Communications Michelle Melton at 502.609.5697.
