In such instances, a member of the Communications Team will contact you to work out a plan. NOTE: The Director of Communications will edit all pieces for branding, style and grammar.

Your department must work with the Database Administrator to set up the electronic and/or printed mailing list. Please contact that office three weeks prior to your drop date. Provide the parameters for the mailing list: internal constituents (employees/students) or external constituents (local, 50-mile radius, pastors, etc.)

The Database Administrator and/or Communications will send your mailing list to the outside vendor.
