Summer Intern – Auburn, AL

First Presbyterian Church of Auburn, Alabama is seeking a seminary intern to serve for 8-10 weeks in the summer of 2017. Primary responsibilities of the internship will include regular worship leadership and preaching, pastoral care visits, and attendance at regular committee, session, and staff meetings. Director of Contemporary Worship – Louisville, KY

River City is a new church start in Louisville, Kentucky that has been holding weekly worship services for a year and half, and is a campus of St. Matthews United Methodist Church. The Director of Contemporary Worship for River City United Methodist Church is responsible for the recruitment and training of a worship band that leads the worship services. In addition to practice and worship leadership this person will work with the campus pastor on a weekly basis to plan worship experiences. This person will also make the slide and video presentation each week. This person shall see their role as a worship director and use it as an opportunity to help those in the band to grow in their walk with God. Since the worship director is a paid staff there is also an expectation of helping the church grow by actively reaching out and inviting the community and their friends and being involved in the life of the church. Summer Program Intern – Massanetta Springs, VA
