December 31, 2012, Don Dempsey (DMin '77) completed his fourth interim pastoral assignment, serving the Presbyterian Church of Palatine in Palatine, IL. On January 1, 2013, he began his next interim position as the Senior Interim Minister at the Kenilworth Union Church in Kenilworth, IL (www.kuc.org), the oldest non-denominational church in America (1892) located just north of Chicago, along the shore of Lake Michigan.

Kurt Calkins (MDiv '73) retired in October 2012 and now lives in O'Fallon, Missouri. He served as pastor of Florissant Presbyterian Church for more than 20 years. Upon his retirement, the Florissant congregation honored his years of service and leadership by developing a new wing for the church building and naming it "The Calkins' Educational Wing." Kurt now enjoys filling pulpits around the presbytery and volunteering for the O'Fallon CERT (Citizens' Emergency Response Team.)

On July 1, 2012, Robert (Bob) F. Field (MDiv '73) retired and moved to Kimberling City, MO. His most recent call/congregation, the Hickman Presbyterian Church, Hickman, NE, and Homestead Presbytery, named him Pastor Emeritus of the Hickman congregation as his retirement gift.

Roger J. Martin (MDiv '76) was elected the Registrar/Treasurer of the Oneida Association of the New York Conference of the United Church of Christ. Prior to this, Roger served as Moderator in 2009-2010 and Acting Stated Clerk until June 30, 2012. For the last eight years, he has served Faith United Church of Oswego, a multi-denominational (PCUSA & UCC) congregation.

As of January 1, 2012, David M. Rice (MDiv '73) is honorably retired.
