One Hundred and Sixtieth Commencement Exercises

Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary held its 160th Commencement exercises and Baccalaureate service on Sunday, May 18, 2014. The Seminary conferred the following degrees: Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, Master of Arts (Religion) and Doctor of Ministry. Fifty-four degrees were conferred. Ten students also received a Certificate in Black Church Studies, and one student received a Certificate in Educational Ministry.

Spalding University President Toru Murden McClure gave the Commencement address, "Dare Mighty Things," and Rev. Dr. Dianne Reistroffer, Louisville Seminary’s professor of Ministry and director of Field Education and Methodist Studies, delivered the Baccalaureate sermon, "A Harvest of Rejoicing – Isaiah 6:8 and John 4:30-38."
