Electronic Transcript Request


Cost: $7.50 for graduates; $2.50 for current students and recent graduates (May graduates may order electronic transcripts for $2.50 through November after graduation and December graduates through June after graduation.)

• Use to order an electronic version of your transcript for yourself, if needed.
• Maintain record of your transcript order history.
• If you are a current student requesting a transcript for the Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation or an annual conference of the United Methodist Church, email your request directly to April Stepney (astepney@lpts.edu).

Orders cannot be processed on weekends, holidays, or other times when office is closed.

Paper Transcript Request


Cost: $10.00 for graduates; free for current students and recent graduates (May graduates may order paper transcripts for free through November after graduation and December graduates through June after graduation.)


​• Sent by US Postal Service.
• Overnight delivery of paper transcripts is not recommended and costs more. Electronic delivery is recommended for fastest delivery.
• Use for transcripts to be picked up at Registrar's Office.
• If you are a current student requesting a transcript for the Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation or an annual conference of the United Methodist Church, email your request directly to April Stepney (astepney@lpts.edu).
