We
approach our spiritual, educational, and social ministry with
a strong commitment to racial/ethnic and gender diversity.
We have diversified our faculty, enrolled students from many
places and different stages in life and profession, and incorporated
various denominations into our educational programs.
Our faculty
have committed themselves to nurturing a racially and culturally
inclusive teaching and learning environment. This effort was
recognized, in 2003, with a grant
from the Wabash Center for Teaching and Learning
in Theology and Religion.
We celebrate
diversity in worship,
learn from new perspectives in the classroom, and encounter
cultural richness in our hallways and our homes.
