Louisville Seminary is one of 10 theological schools of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). It is approved for ministerial training by the United Methodist (UMC), African Methodist Episcopal (AME), African Methodist Episcopal Zion (AMEZ), and the Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Churches and welcomes individuals from the wider ecumenical community.

Accreditation

Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary is accredited by the

Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
to award the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree; Master of Arts (Religion) (M.A.R.) degree; Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (M.A.M.F.T.) degree; and Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree.
