Louisville Seminary Professors Amy Plantinga Pauw and Susan R. Garrett will draw upon their book, Making Time for God (Baker Book House), and their own parenting and guiding experiences as they discuss ways to help children lead a richer life by developing the habit of daily scripture reading and prayer. Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary will culminate its year-long celebration of 150 years of building up the body of Christ with a special worship service and the official 150th anniversary address, “Many Lamps, One Light - And an Extra Flask of Oil,” by Acting President Milton J Coalter. The Louisville Orchestra will perform a concert at Louisville Seminary that will include music by Grieg, Barber, and Mozart. The event is free; however seating is limited. This national event will strengthen leadership in the area of Christian formation in congregations and families.
